Well, there's a difference between piracy, plagiarism, and copying...  Piracy is robbing people of their money, plagiarism is just not giving someone credit for their work.  Copying, i guess would be taking someone's work and saying "this is your work, but i'm sharing it."  So I believe that piracy and plagiarism are wrong, but copying is fine.
