For all of those who need to be in the know, but are intimidated by the sheer number of ways that a person can sound stoopid.

This poster is overused and incredibly old.

Your point being? Does the fact that it is dated and known by many degrade its value, or automatically assert that it has been seen by all? Or could it be that you possibly have insight that I do not, that all people on this site that may be interested have already seen this poster?

Claiming logical fallacies is just a dumb way to make yourself seem superior to the other person.

It can also be a good way to show someone how they have a deficient argument.

I really wouldn't classify these as  being used for arguments even though they are blatant in many journalist articles or people. I see it more as use in persuasiveness.
