There is no 24/7 DRM. This happened because they weren't using the primary console that KI had been purchased on. This is how it has worked for the last 8 years on Xbox 360 and PS3
They weren't using the accounts permanent system, so the Xbox wanted to make sure the proper account is playing.
This is exactly how the system works on Xbox 360. I don't see the issue.
Wasn't this on the secondary console and not the primary console? Same thing on the Xbox 360 I believe.
