Maybe rNd does need a point shop (including TTT)

I've always hated point shops. I never got the point of having a "custom" character. (Especially on TTT where it just gets you a better chance of being killed.)

But point shops are a great way to keep people regular many people like them. It encourages them to stay on the server because they want to keep all their progress.

Maybe we should have a point shop And have more options than other servers? (A lot of servers only do hats and trails. Maybe we could do full body? Belts? Shoes? Gloves? Not sure how hard that would be.)
And have it so it carries over to all rNd servers? So they only want to play on rND?
Maybe have special items that you can only get if you sign up for the forum as well?


Let's not beat around the bush. rNd is kinda becoming a ghost town. Though many of us dislike point shops, if it can help bring the server back. Why not?

It should all be shallow (e.g. visual or audial) effects, and optional (easily disabled for people who don't want it/don't want to see it).

Then why don't you play on them?

Also ontopic, not for or against it but if we actually add a points shop we might as well add other custom content to TTT, as much as i'd hate to say it.
