Apartment Rules and What not..

I used to live in an apartment on the 8th floor with a my party animal of a father,he used to blast his shitty chalga music at night with his buddies,my russian friend's father,who lived right below us,and the mothers of my other friends(who lived in the same building)would sometimes come and complain about us making too much noise,then my father would complain about THEM once they were gone.

One time he got so carried away the police came to my brother's birthday and took him and some of his friends to the station for some time,he kept turning the music up even after getting warned about it and stuff.Needless to say it wasn't one of his best birthdays -_-'

As a resident of a New York apartment building I would say there will be loud footsteps. Also I never heard of a lights out rule. I don't live in a neighborhood where other residents blast very loud music however I do have the occasional loud music gang bang party car passing through. Mysteriously at some nights I hear Middle Eastern music outside with lots of yelling with Islamic phrases. Oh well, must be something I should check out myself.  :ninja:
