Main reasons for VIP:
- I see lots of minges when I'm online.
- They won't follow the rules after being warned. (They would say "I don't care, there are no admins to do shit.")
- I enforce the rules alot, I could even kick my friends for disobeying the rules.
- I'm friends with all rANdOm members and have a good reputation.
- I was a good respected before the rank change.
- I have a sense of humor and won't take things too personally.

My way of kicking:

Prop Pusher:
- Warn the person.
- Tell them "Last Warning!".
- Proceed to votekick.
- If comes back and starts doing bad things again, voteban.

Glitcher:
- Tell them to suicide.(I would teach them if they don't know how.)
- Tell them "Last Warning!".
- Proceed to votekick.
- If comes back and starts doing bad things again, voteban.

Hacker:
- Tell them to turn it off.
- Tell them "Last Warning!".
- Proceed to voteban.
- If comes back and starts doing bad things again, report to the forums.

Messages to the Community:

To the people that think I'm not yet ready for VIP: I should tell you I am. I already encountered many minges/hackers, I think its time to kick some ass.

To the people that think my attitude will make me abuse my powers: I prioritize responsibility more than personal things. If someone would make me mad, I won't kick him for that because I only kick people if they do something against the rules.
