Earbuds

So, my earbuds just broke.  I've had them for about 3 years.  They worked very well, and I'm just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a durable, long-lasting earbud that is less than $30 U.S.

This is what I have:  http://av.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL028951&pathId=162&page=1

I will probably get the same thing again, but if there's something better, please recommend it.

Thanks!

If you're looking for something that's high-quality and won't break, you're not looking for earbuds. I've owned about 15 pairs of earbuds in the past. Almost every single one has failed in very similar ways (left/right channel going out, spontaneous failure, cable becoming stripped and damaged, etc.).

I'd recommend buying Sony-brand headphones / earbuds. Here are some under $30:
Sony MDR-MA100 Headphones
MDR-ZX300 ZX Headphones - Side note, I've owned these headphones in the past (still own them actually) and they've held up great and delivered great sound quality.
Sony MDR-EX37B Earbuds

Here are some other types of earbuds by Sony.

Personally, I have had no problems with Sony headphones / earbuds - I would highly recommend Sony over any other brand - and of course, I would recommend you get headphones over earbuds, but if that's not possible, still go with Sony.

The best way to deal with your problems is to plant a C4 in close proximity to it.

Yeah, I'm specifically looking for earbuds, because of their small size.  I really like the JVC Marshmallow because of its very good bass sound, but not, like, forced bass.

The marshmallow lineup is pretty good.
You got the option to move up to the HA-FX35 if you want to spend a bit more, (30$) zone.

For this range I am a fan of a couple earphones

If you want something cheap, these are amazing for the price.
