Ubuntu 13.04

So I tried to give a try at it and so far I like it. One thing that keeps happening is that my fans are higher than normal even though they're not usually. I'd like to keep them down. Also, the terminal is very different from the command prompt and I might need help with that too. Does anyone know a good guide or something?

Do you have any experience with other Linux operating systems?

The best way to deal with your problems is to plant a C4 in close proximity to it.

if you ever need to use the terminal for something, check on Google. Somebody somewhere will have created a tutorial on how to do it :)

Personally I hate the Unity / Glassy look of normal Ubuntu 13.04, much prefer KDE over it.
