So I've noticed this with DarkRP

Restrictions are just part of the gamemode, but you should understand that servers can be quite costly to run, and donations can really help out with that.
Some charge more than they should though. It's just a matter of finding the right server.

It's just the ones were they solely run off of donations and have no supportive income to back it up in case things take a turn for the worse. That's where they go full on jew mode, strip any remotely useful tool and strip any useful feature in order to expect people to donate. Which in this case, it's far beyond me how server owners manage to pull that.

That was where i'd go if TTT and ZS were crowded with people.
It was fun talking to other players via Global Chat too...

I had totally forgotten about global chat. Unless coolz has some type of conflicting stuff with the global chat, why dont we bring it back? Yeah, we only have 3 servers, but it would still be nice to have.
