     Hello everyone, I hope you're all having a good day. I am making this thread to bring to the attention of something I've noticed frequently being said in a certain place we are all fondly aware of. As of recently the Anonymous Board was re-established, and of course with all the perks of people and their harsh words. Many have been been saying that I am the "worst admin" in this community, which honestly doesn't make me angry as much as it is simply irritating. For as long as I have had admin, not a single person has come to me stating they have had an issue with how I am and how I go about my business, now it is no surprise to me that people are saying these things, honestly I expected it, however the amount of people stating it can only make a person wonder.

     Now I am far from perfect, I realize, however how is one to improve their performance without any feedback from the community they serve. As an Admin, I am here to help improve this community, moderate the servers, and help the members as best to my abilities, and have set up my own personal goals for how I want to contribute to the servers. Most of which is not openly stated anywhere to any one. With as many people though admitting to how awful I am, and how I "didn't deserve my rank", I have a small favor to ask.


     I wish for anyone who posted in any of those threads about me slacking on my responsibilities to please contact me personally about how you would like me to improve my performance. All I want is to be as useful as I can to this server, since quite frankly it means quite a lot to me. If you'd like, you may even post here, I am fine with that, but please do it in a civilized manner. This is not the Anonymous Boards, and all I'd ask is that you all show me respect, just as I am showing you respect in asking for your opinions. I may not always be the nicest person, or the smartest, but I can tell you this, I am in no way tolerating my behavior if it bothers people so much. And I will not simply resign because people find how I go about things incorrectly. If you really care about how I am, and wish to see a change then please I insist you contact me. If I do not get a single message, or reply from anyone that is not behind a veil of anonymity, I will consider your opinion void and otherwise meaningless. Clearly how I act does not bother you enough, and you simply feel the need to target me because you see me as an easy target to pick on.


     I was originally going to post this on the ab but since I find counter arguing on there to be completely and utterly a waste of time, I felt I would be getting more done here. So please I insist you inform me of how you feel, I would love to hear what you have to say; and do not worry about me being angry with you, or hating you, I respect you more for coming to me and telling me what it is I am doing wrong. Your opinions all mean something to me and how I want to go about representing this community.

I think the reason people pick Magic over you is because they know magic better,not that he is necessarily a better admin than you.I think they fail to see the meaning of "best" and "worst" admin,so instead they pick the admin they "like"the  most and least(PERSONALLY); instead of actually judging them on their behavior as an admin.About the people saying you need a demote,i think it's a bunch of people trying to start a shitstorm on the forums,which has happened before.


I personally have no problem with you but dispite all of the above there's always going to be people who disagree on one's position and try to stir up shit.

Oh of course, and I completely understand all of that, but even so I just feel that if it people believe I am struggling somewhere, I'd like to know how I can improve; since whether or not their intentions were to get under my skin or actually state I am not doing my responsibility, many felt I wasn't up to par to what I should be. As I've said it doesn't really make me angry or sad, just more or less annoyed that people find me to have major flaws that devalue how I am as an admin. I know I can never fully satisfy everyone, but if there is anything I can do to improve for the better of the community, I am more than willing to listen. I appreciate you taking the time to read my thread though, and know that what you say means a lot to me.

Exactly, and as I've stated, I knew it was going to happen, but not to the extent that it is happening at. I'd like to know what makes me so bad instead of just saying "she simply doesn't deserve it", that in itself is not very productive and does nothing to improve any admins performance really. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, which I respect. Whether they feel the need to publicly display it is up to them, and I won't make them do it, however it will have more effect in the long run if they do so.

For the anon boards that would be fine. But not the regular forums(imo), would probably cause too much of a shitstorm. It's why I never said anything about certain people in the past (Like a year ago) because I feared people would jump on my shit.

I'd say that's the nicest thing about the anon board. We can finally have constructive criticism without people having to worry about everyone hating them for speaking out.

   I have a few assumptions why it's going the way it is. Some people can possibly look at you and then look at others or themselves who aren't admins and find them to be much better for the rank. Most people will probably feel anger because they think that it's unfair to them or others that you're an admin and some others aren't so I think this could be the case in some posts. Another thing which has influence is of course focusing on your mistakes or occasions where they found your attitude unacceptable or too harsh, activity in game may also be a factor. I think that people may not notice or simply don't care about the artistic contributions you have made as well and focus solely on typical admin values such as simply moderating server/forums etc. Another thing that comes in mind is that some people, mainly those who have been in the community longer then you and are not admins yet (although it's possible that they might be) may include that in their reasons why they don't like a certain admin or some could simply be jealous. I myself have felt the same or similar way before about multiple admins and to this day I think that I was right. They might be feeling the same way about you, it's hard to know for sure since they haven't provided any strong arguments there. I also think that it could possibly have some benefit to post this on ab as well since I highly doubt that you'll get many people expressing to you why they truly dislike you as an admin, but that's just me. You should also consider that it could spark more hate towards you because it would be a good opportunity for them, if you haven't already

This happens everywhere and in all honesty, the server is broken up into groups with many different opinions. And sadly, no one is willing to step in and say what they dislike about people outside the anonyboards.

So you asked for honesty let me give it to you straight. Before I start let it be known that I recognize I've only been a part of this community for a short time in retrospect to some of the longer standing members, this is all purely from the time I had to gather my own opinion of you.

Before you were admin many people, myself included didn't like the fact that you were VIP, you didn't fill the role of VIP as a server based position. It wasn't necessarily your activity, a lot of the time you would be in the server but for a solid portion of it you were afk. When anyone would bring this up you would always say you were willing to help if they just steam messaged you when a problem arose, however when they did they'd often receive no response. People saw your unreliability as a vip as a notion of your ability to perform as admin.

Towards the start of my "joining" rNd, and I'm sure most will attest to this, Admin was a server based position. At the time to me it seemed as though activity on forums and in the servers was an absolute must to acquire the role and at the time it simply seemed more an in-server based role. Quite honestly I had preferred it that way and I think many others feel the same. I still stick to my beliefs that how it was when I joined simply made more sense to me personally. When your candidacy for admin was put forth I didn't think you deserved it because of these feelings, because not so long ago I had felt admin was a position for those who were server and forum active, not just active in TS3. At the time I couldn't justify what I saw as the new definition of Admin. I'm not at all saying you didn't and haven't made contributions to the server that justify your being admin under the requirements that coolz has in place. I'm saying myself and I know many others, whether they choose to say it or not, disagree with those requirements and thus disagree with your promotion in the first place.
