Internet being weird.

For the past 2 months or so my internet has been really weird.

It's been a lot slower. I have to wait for videos to be somewhat loaded before watching them on youtube(at low res too), it takes forever to download shit now(200mb update took me late an hour or some crap...) and for some reason in games (Garry's mod is the best example) I just get random spikes of high ping and such(can ask pretty much anyone. I'm sure many of you have seen it.)

I don't know what's going on or how to fix it...

Is it my modem?
Is it my internet service?
Is someone else maybe using it and I don't know?
Is someone just DDOSING me ever time I come on?

Plz help.

I was on youtube and garrys mod. Not sure if that would effect it or not.

Problem fixed because problem was worsened.

Internet stopped working because something was happening. 2 guys came at different times replaced shit and internet worked again but was shit again like it has been for the last 2 months.

So called them and talked to a guy and they didn't think there was a problem until they found out I was slower than I was supposed to be.

I was supposed to have 3 DL speed and .74 upload.

I had pic related (less than half..)



They fixed it and I just did it and got


Woohoo! No more lag spikes!

Good to know I wasn't being leeched off of/DDOSed.
