Pfft, for the residents here in Vegas, anything that goes up in the air or explodes is automatically illegal.
Well that makes sense in that context. Fireworks are more a nuisance than a public danger in the real world. In cities I can understand them being illegal, but many places are fairly isolated. Where I used to live previously, I had enough area that I couldnt harm anyone with fireworks if I tried. Now I can go up to LG, go to the middle of the water with miles of unoccupied space around me. Still too dangerous to other people apparently. Its a bit silly in the real world, but an easy to sell argument to law makers.
Casinos get all the good stuff. Especially now that cops are going out of there way to crack down on them.
In their defense, they would have trained staff, which is definitely a good idea in a city.
