I am playing server with defib unit and i know one thing: it's not OP because it can be bought only once and it's one-time use also if you revive identified body of the traitor then everyone will know that user %username% was revived. Also it takes a time so you should hide somewhere to revive your teammate

You cant revive people that are "braindead" which means you can only revive them if only a short time has passed since their death or they werent killed by headshots
