Why I should be VIP:
1. I'm online almost every day and able to help out when a VIP is needed. I'm active a lot on the TTT servers.
2. I follow and know/understand the rules and point it out to people who might be breaking the rules.
3. I like helping out new users and am patient with them.
4. I am known by a large amount of people in the community. I've been a member of the forums for almost three years and the servers for three and know the rules to the servers by heart.
5. When it comes to making decisions, I don't show bias and handle the situation with reason.

Why I want to be VIP:
1. It annoys me and the other users when a RDMer or hacker ruins everyone's fun and there is no VIP on to assist in votekicking/banning.
2. I love this community and want to help it become an even better one.
3. I don't want to become VIP for bragging rights - I want to be a VIP to help out the community.

Contributions to RND:
I've been a long-time member of the servers and have reported many hackers / minges.

Situations:
Situation 1 - Karma Farming

1. Will check the "status" command in console to see how long they've been farming.
2. Will warn them to stop karma farming and to exit spectator.
3. Will start a votekick if they do not respond or re-join the game.
4. Will voteban if they return and karma farm again.
5. Will report to forums if they evade their ban.

Situation 2 - Inappropriate Spray

1. Will spray over the spray and warn the player not to spray it again.
2. Will give them a second warning if they spray it again.
3. Will start a votekick if they spray it after the second warning.

Situation 3 - Microphone Spamming

1. Will warn the player to stop mic-spamming.
2. If they continue, I will warn everyone to mute the player.

Situation 4 - Innocent RDMing Innocents / Traitors

1. Will ask the player why they RDMed.
2. If it was an accident, I will tell them to be more careful next time.
2a. If it was on purpose, I will votekick them.
3. If they do it again and claim it was an accident, I will give them a final warning.
4. If they don't say why they did it, I will start a votekick.
5. If they do it after the final warning. I will start a votekick.
6. If they come back and do it again, I will start a voteban.
7. If they evade their ban and do it again, I will voteban and report on the forums.

Situation 5 - Innocent RDMing Detective

1. Will ask the player why they RDMed.
2. If it was an accident, I will tell them to be more careful next time.
2a. If it was on purpose, I will votekick them.
3. If they do it again, I will start a votekick.
4. If they come back and do it again, I will start a voteban.
5. If they evade their ban and do it again, I will voteban and report on the forums.

Situation 6 - Traitor killing Traitor Buddy

1. Will ask the player why they RDMed.
2. If it was an accident, I will tell them to be more careful next time.
3. If it was on purpose, I will start a votekick.
4. If they come back and do it again, I will start a voteban.
5. If they evade their ban and do it again, I will start a voteban and report on the forums.

Situation 7 - Prop Pushing

1. Will warn the player to stop prop pushing.
2. If they do it again, I will start a votekick.
3. If they come back and do it again, I will start a voteban.

Situation 8 - Aimbot

1. I will spectate the person and record them and see if they really are using aimbot.
2. If they are, I will voteban them and report on the forums.

Situation 9 - Speedhacks

1. I will spectate the person and record them and see if they are really using speedhacks.
2. If they are, I will voteban them and report on the forums.

Though he only goes on sometimes, as what you said is completely true. I think he's been here and been a Reg for a long time now and I think he's ready handling VIP. Responsible, Active, Long time member I think that's fair;

I believe that bomb is very capable of Having VIP. He is Nice to players and knows/follows the rules.

I've played many games with Bomb and personally i can say that he is indeed ready to handle VIP.
He's nice,often quiet,he's been around for as far as i can remember,always keeps his cool,
has a great Knowledge of the rules and all in all a great guy to be around with.
