Why I should be VIP:
-Should I be VIP, because I'm a regular good time, just watching Our excellent VIPs, how they act, how they help and how they are respected. I learned that being regular is just a phase where you learn to deal with situations of report, explain the rules of the server, helping others as needed, to respect others, their friends, admins, owners, its basically a day of a VIP.
-I also think that if a regular is fit to be a VIP careful, he'll be ready to tackle most of the problems like rNd beginners as "rdm" proppush prop kill etc.
-I like to help people in rNd, have fun with friends, warn those who do not know the rules and be a Member increasingly better with everything I learn.

Why I want to be VIP:
-I want to be VIP so rNd can have more help with reports, posts in the forum (I'll start getting more active) finally make people have fun in rNd to return again, no matter whether it is a beginner or a good player I treat them with the same respect, I can sometimes get nervous, part, but nothing nonsense, I learned a lot from our VIPs.

Contributions to RND:
-I've submit some reports to Ruben via Steam.
-I invite friends and other players to RND.
-I'm playing since almost every day and trying to do rNd TTT servers active for like 24 hours

Situations:

Someone is idling in to karma farm in TTT or to occupy a slot in any other server
1. Ask how long the player has been on server if I don’t know.
2. If it’s been more than 12 rounds, I start a votekick for idling.
3. I try to add the player on Steam and Ask him what is going on.

Someone is raging at a player because they are micspamming
1. I would tell the player to calm down.
2. I would tell him/her how to mute someone, and remind him/her that micspam is allowed but frowned upon and not a kick/banable offense, because if you don’t like their mic, you can still mute him. (in-game)

Someone is T-baiting in TTT
1. Give him a first warning.
2. Give him a second warning.
3. Give him one last warning.
4. If he continue, I start a votekick.
5. If he return and continue to t-bait, I submit a report to Any admin on or fórum.

Someone is glitching/exploiting in any server:
1. If they got into a spot not intented to be accessible, I ask them if they intentionally got there, and to kill themselves. If they are exploiting a glitch in the map, such as propsurfing out of the map, I ask them to stop.
1. a. If they refuse, I warn them once. If they continue after the warning, I give a Last warning, If they continue, I start a votekick.
1. b. If they apologize and kill themselves, or if they say they did not intentionally glitch/exploit, I let them go. If they do it again, I kick them.

Someone is suspected of Ghosting
1.a. Check if another player in the game is in their friends list, if positive, keep an eye on both, if not let it go and watch out if he's actually RDMing.
1.b. If ghosting becomes too obvious after observing for some time start a voteban and report.

Any form of single (target, inno-inno, inno-traitor, etc.) RDM
1. I ask why the person killed the victim.
2. If it’s a viable excuse, I let them go. If not, I give them a single warning.
3. If they continue, I start a votekick.
4. If they return and continue, I start a voteban and submit a report.

Any form of mass RDM
1. Give the him a single warning.
2. If he continue, I start a voteban and submit a report.

Someone is suspected of traitor hacks
1. I ask why they killed traitors without sufficient proof.
2. I spectate them and watch their habits.
3. After more kills, I conclude whether or not it is overly-suspicious activity. If so I start recording and do a voteban for a short time, and make a report.

Someone is suspected of using wallhacks
Same procedure as above for traitor hacks.

Someone is speedhacking
1. I observe them and conclude if they are speedhacking or exploiting a prop.
2. If they are hacking, I start recording and, I voteban them and submit a report.
3. If they are exploiting, I refer to my procedure for when someone is suspected of glitching/exploiting in any server.

Someone is suspected of using aimbot
1. I spectate them first-person.
2. If, after a few kills, it’s blatantly obvious that they are aimbotting,I start recording and, I voteban them and submit a report.

As well as BJ, I don't know what to expect from .:ڴNЇPЄR: as of this position but I know he can handle it, he knows the rules very well, he tries to help in-game and reporting in the forums as he said he will be active on the forums from then on, he's gone active again on the servers mostly TTT, I never encountered any problems with him, I don't recall anything that he did to get banned(which I mean he never got banned), I think he's ready for VIP. Let's give him a chance. buddy,

One of the long time players. I don't think that anyone had any problems with him and judging by that fact how long and how active he has been on the servers he should have a great understanding of rules. I think that he'd make a nice addition to the servers as a VIP.

Sniper is pretty chill, never had problems with him, and he has been here more than most, so  .

I feel that sniper is fully ready for VIP. he is responcible, knows the rules, and Treats everyone with respect.
I think he can handle VIP.

I've talked with Sniper lately,and i'm sure hed be a reasonable VIP.
I've never seen him overreact to any kind of situation,he's nice,patient and a willing listener.
I'm not sure how exactly he'd handle situations but based on my experience with him,i'm sure he'd do the right thing without jumping the boat.

Overall +1 from me.
