Wow what a bitch boy. I am surprised that guy had the will power not to fucking punch the guy. It was smart though, the driver was an idiot, if he called the police the only one getting in trouble would be him.

It's illegal to park in that spot w/o a handicap sign right?

Woulda took a picture and got him a nice pretty ticket.  He owns a Ferrari so he's got the money to pay for the ticket too I imagine.
