What I don't get about these people are what the fuck is the message? Are they trying to just kill people because they're mentally unstable? And Devie I hope that your friends come home safely. This is just.. Horrible. Not only is there a spot in hell reserved for the person, but he should have his legs blown the fuck off. He/She deserves it. The pain the people must be suffering. Not just the physical but the mental scarring.

Unfortunately, this will get politicized depending on who the culprit is, foreign or domestic.

The possibilities are endless, he could be the culprit who planted it in the first place and is just stealthily watching the situation unfold, or he could also just be a man watching on the roof. Who knows? But, what I do know is that you can't pin a crime like this on somebody who was just seen on a roof, it's pretty suspicious but no.

That's not even remotely suspicious or uncommon or w.e everyone's getting at wtf lol. Even in a scenario where people being seen on roofs is like some rare phenomenon (which it's not), I really don't think the offender would sit there wide in the open completely observable from a roof top and watch.
