Frank's VIP Application (for like the 4Th time)

Weekdays usually between 2-3pm until 10-11pm. Weekends vary.

Why I should be VIP:
1. I'm online A LOT, meaning I could help a lot in keeping the servers minge-free.
2. I can firmly say I get along with most of the people I meet, and if not, I'll try to work it out.
3. I a react according to what has been done, how many times it's been done, and how much proof there is.
4. I try to take each situation as one individual situation, not prejudicing based on the past, but taking it into account.
5. I will try to respond as fast as I am able to.

Why I want to be VIP:
Nice title. I'd have access to the VIP lounge and shit. Oh, and free drinks.
Plus, I like not having to wait for someone to stop peace disturbers.

Contributions to RND:
1. Spanish translation of the RSM.
2. Copied many threads from the old forums to the new one.
3. Uh... I don't remember.


Situations:

A)
1. An innocent kills another innocent before a traitor has acted.
2. Ask the perpetrator three times why he did it and if he'll do it again.
3. Ask the RDM'd person why they think it happened/if the RDM bothers them.
4. Warn, kick, or ban depending on the results.

B)
1. A mic spammer mic spams in TTT.
2. Tell the spammer to stop.
3. Tell the people who feel annoyed at the spammer to mute him from the scoreboard.
4. If the spammer somehow manages to go through the mutes, kick him.

C)
1. Hacker/cheater of any kind gets in the server.
2. Proceed to gather all the proof possible and I.D.
3. Ban the person.
4. Post a report/show evidence to an admin or higher.

D)
1. Someone is suspected of ghosting.
2. Go to their Steam Friends list and see if anyone in their list is on the game.
3. If there is such a 'coincidence', keep an eye on both of them. [If not, drop the investigation. Call the hitmen off. Stop the chainsaw. Blow the torch.]
4. Keep investigating.
5. If proven guilty, ban everyone involved. Also gather proof and file a report for the higher-ups. Go the bureaucrats! Yay!

E)
1. Someone is prop spamming on WireBuild.
2. Tell them to cease said rulebreaking, and delete clean up their props.
3. If they continue to act in such a way, kick them.
4. If they come back and keep prop spamming, gather proof, voteban, and file a report.

F)
1.  Killing a T-buddy.
2. Ask the involved characters what has happened.
3. If the killer doesn't give a valid answer, tell them to not do it again. If they refuse, kick them.
4. If the action is repeated, ban their dumb ass and file a report.

G)
1. Someone is mic spamming in ZS.
2. Tell everyone how to mute them. Type "mutelist" (without the quotes) in the console, and mute the desired person.
3. If they can't mute them, ask the spammer to stop.
4. If the spammer refuses, kick him.
5. If the action is repeated, gather proof, ban them, file a report.

H)
1. RDMing as the Detective.
2. Ask if anyone saw any provocation.
3. If they had no proof of their suspicion, OR they did not suspect and simply and TRULY RDM's them, proceed to step 4.
4. Depending on how many people were killed, warn them, kick them, or ban them. Gather proof, prepare a report.

I)
Someone is constantly disrespecting other people
1. Depending on the level of the offence, it'd range from a first warning, to a kick, a ban, or calling a superior. The level of punishment would also increase as the offence is repeated.

I've played with Frank and he's a great guy and a perfect VIP,i think re-promoting him would be a great addition to the VIP team.

   Looks like he's back and now he's also playing in the servers too. I've seen him in-game many times and he even contacted me when there were RDMers as well as he provided all the proof needed, although he only started playing on the servers recently and I can't be sure if this is just temporarily, but since he made a VIP application, I suppose he will become active once again.

It looks like Frank is a pretty old member of the community. I met him when he became active again recently, so I don't really know him too well, but my first impressions were good, he is a nice and funny guy who is on a lot. Based on the application and everyone else's support I do feel confident in giving a +1.
