Oops thanks for catching that and no I have not and the cpu I have is amd 7870 ghz edition GDDR5

What version of the game are you playing? If it's Steam verify the cache and all. If you re installed, I feel sorry for you. That's one huge-ass download for the complete game.
Rockstar games are terrible when it comes to the PC. You usually have to go through 6 or so hours of trying fixes just to get it to start up.

Yes it launches social launcher but when I try to play it wont load
