[Notice] Snivy No Longer Admin

Snivy brought to my attention that he has a difference in the way things should be handled in the community and unfortunately I do not think that we will be able to resolve that in its current state.

He says that I do not always consider opinions and shutdown others. I do not shutdown opinions and his arrogance has been extremely frustrating when attempting to deal with problems.

He says that I do not always handle situations properly and make working with extremely impossible. I try my utmost to make things run smoothly in this community and find it extremely frustrating that he would accuse me of something I strive to prevent.

He feels that his lack of motivation in his position is fueled by this.

Even so, I am grateful that he has always considered this community his home. However, I believe that I need to do this. I do not wish any ill intention upon him and understand that life brings change. I appreciate his contributions that he made as admin in the past and will not forget them.

He also feels that if he leaves as admin he will drop it all and run so I wish him well with whatever awaits him.

I apologize, but I can't really say I'm comfortable with allowing you to announce this with much detail appealing to your side of the story. To someone who doesn't have a single bumfuck idea about what's going on and only read your post, it almost seems like I'm saying that if you demote me, then I'm just going to leave because I was demoted, and that you're demoting me becuase I'm an intolerant bastard.

Which isn't the case. I came to you with the intention of resigning, but thought I'd make one last attempt to make things right.

I'm not trying to cause more drama or anything, but I'd rather leave with people knowing what was actually said and allow them to make their own opinions.

I've had weeks to think it over and I've been mulling over the idea for a while now.

I used to stick around because I felt like I owed the community something. I really did call this place my home since it was the first community that actually felt like one.

When I went for admin, I felt like doing things for the community and helping out in ways that I was actually good at (like hosting a server during the downtime).

As of late though, I feel like it's impossible for me to do that anymore. I feel like Coolz has been deliberately shutting me down, and taking anything I say with a grain of salt, and it wasn't always like that. I don't know what changed to cause such a tense conflict between us.

Basically, yes. I am leaving "forever". I use quotation marks because "forever" is such an arbitrary length of time. If things take a full 180, then maybe, but considering the conflict between me and Coolz right now, I doubt that's going to happen. I've lost motivation to even try helping out as of late due to the reason stated above.

But... Deathie was my favorite. Sad to see you go, even though I dont freqent here or the teamspeak. I did enjoy the times I was however, in large part due to Snivy. Even when he pulled 5 fps in dayz, he never failed to be the comic relief.
