I guess what was your fastest or best mile time

Well today I sucked because I had a cramp mine was around 9:05


My best one was 8:00 mins which I think I can improve on so ye post your mile times if you liek to run

Um, in here we don't really do mile time trials, however we do half kilometer runs at spring time which would be probably about 1/3 of a mile and if I can remember correctly my best was 1:42 or something. That was last year.

I remember taking around 6 minutes or something in 1k runs in middle school. 1 mile is about 1.6 km. Never really do any running or at least not timed any more so idk any more than that.

Last time I did a timed mile run was last year and It was around 8 minutes, maybe 8:30

Any range from 7:30 to 8:15. It really depends on the weather and if my bad feet want to run.
