Reason for re-submit  :  I submitted a app last night and well it got deleted just deleted nothing more so re-submitting it.

I want to become regular since I play here alot I am here at the times I aint busy which is any chance I can think of.  I respect everyone even rules as long as they aint asking too much.  I suck at making apps.  I'm 23(dont think that info is needed but cant hurt).  Please if you delete again give me a reason first

The reason why shorter ones have been approved is due to the lack of references back then. Now there are plenty of references, so the standard expected on apps is a bit higher. Tough.
