Well, don't mock me for this but as Christian I usually just pray. But I also go out and do things I enjoy such as parkour, rock climbing, running/walking through a forest and what not.
Or you can just watch your favorite movie/show. Or as Fuszion said... video games.

My usual methods:

- Nap
- Go to the Gym and exercise
- Music
- Build something
- possibly play some video games
- Go to the pub with some friends.
- Sledding
- Read a book

I just realised this:
Today i was gonna go to school and before going(it was still 6:50 or whatever)i just sat there thinking in the dark with only morning light slightly lighting up everything.

It was good.

You guys should read this:

ASMR. Its basically a tingly feeling in your head that's triggered by certain sounds. Sometimes when I'm trying to fall asleep I'll listen to an ASMR video on youtube. Paper crinkling or tapping really get me, but everyone has their own triggers. And plus there are so many other things you can do to calm yourself down too.
