Photosynthesis forum ban appeal

I would like to appeal 7-month ban on my main account based on my small minor actions
on the forums that had discombobulated others to be thought as another “bullshit” or “unnecessary” post.

Throughout history, recollections of dispute, distortion, disturbance and affliction, players and administrators, those who viewed the community as a peaceful, amusing, or either as a contentment community. There are many reasons for players to get banned based on actions and behavior; along with that, administrators/moderators should know the appropriate ways to do before banning a player based on their level of disturbance.

Subtopic: Actions
Contention 1: There we are who have witnessed moments, whether on the servers or forums, there has been many players who had  caused annoyance for days, months, and years. Mainly, on the servers or forums. And, there is I myself, Photosynthesis, who had only caused a minor action on the forums with dupe accounts, that many players and administrators  who had already known that I had been using dupe account for the past 1-2 years.

Contention 2: There are many players who are causing or have had caused much worse disturbances than me. For instance, the players who are breaking the rules on the server and has been doing it for long period of time before the administrators/moderators had a clue on who might it have been. The players who had done much worse things than me have and had many warnings; such as: Mr, Ak 47, Dave Strider, Pilot, Danny Doss, Dark Pacifist, and Polkabud.

Contention 3: As of now, we all know having duplicated accounts isn’t appropriate, but on the forums only used for a point game is the borderline of appropriate and inappropriate. Based off of that, being banned just for a stupid point game would be considered laughable. Afterall, a 7-month ban wouldn’t be necessary of having dupe accounts that was used only for harmless things.

Other than that, the time I had played on the servers are on a rate from rarely-little; thus, it is a bit fair that I had been using the forums a lot recently this month and causing minor actions that isn’t necessarily suggested to be stopped. Though, using dupe accounts isn’t appropriate but having a 7-month ban of owning those two accounts that had been known by administrators/players; along with it, the administrators/moderators did not do anything to deal with it of causing future disturbances.

   Perhaps his appeal may seem rather hostile, but I don't think that he has done enough for a 7 month ban on his main forum account. I really do think that his ban should be shortened.

Yes, he may be annoying, but he doesn't deserve a 7 month ban from the forum compared to others; seems a bit harsh. Maybe a month or two at the most. Also maybe a warning/direct talk would have sufficed.

I just went through the logs, and he was banned for dupe accounts. Not for trolling.

I don't know the exact reasoning though, nor who did it. As a sort of unspoken rule though, admins don't generally interfere with other admins decisions unless it's something pretty severe/ridiculous.

So basically, photo is just going to have to wait until the admin who banned him explains a bit more on the situation.

Also, photo's copy and paste appeal is fucking terrible. God damn, my eyes were straining trying to read that law document.

I don't even know why he was banned, and I can't quite figure it out from his appeal. Something about him being a shithead.

I can't tell you how many second chances Photosynthesis has been given. There are too many to count. When I was active, I put up with literally nothing but constant problems from him. When I ran a minecraft server, he was a problem. If you cut him, he would bleed problems. It looks like he hasn't changed a bit.

tl;dr I don't know what weight my opinion carries anymore, but I think he should at least stay banned, or at the absolute least, muted.

7 months is a bit long, though.

7 Months is a standard I set for duplicate accounts.

You know what you were doing when going through with it.

Appeal denied as it was completely legitimate scenario, please do not make any more appeals about this issue.

For those of you curious, i was the one who banned him. I followed the protocol on this because of the inevitable falling-out. And for the record, someone let photo know that insinuating that I'm abusing after earning the trust of all of you is a poor defense. The prosecution rests.
