He's a long time player, follows rules, etc. He should show more effort on his app but nonetheless I don't see a reason as to why he shouldn't be a regular. He's pretty active but also pretty inactive. He's said before that he's admining another server so I could understand his inactiveness.  :thumbsup:

Honestly this is the worst app I've ever seen, and the reason is the worst aswell. I'd suggest redoing it and put a little bit more effort.
