Squares in my volume mixer

Basically

I don't know how I would fix this, and it's getting annoying. help would be appreciated


FIXED
I deleted FNTCACHE.dat in my system32 folder, thanks Samo.

I'm not too sure if you haven't done it before, but try deleting "FNTCACHE.DAT" from \System32

I'm not too sure if you haven't done it before, but try deleting "FNTCACHE.DAT" from \System32
For a minute, i thought you said delete system 32
