Alright tomorrow I'm going to my local bestbuy to buy a new graphics card

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/PNY+-+XLR8+GeForce+GTX+650+2GB+GDDR5+PCI+Express+3.0+Graphics+Card/6820159.p;jsessionid=B249BD328AE9BC1BE623E7C8B6087003.bbolsp-app02-175?id=1218808243147&skuId=6820159&st=Pny%20gtx%20550%202%20GH&cp=1&lp=12

Is this worth it, and should I continue with the buy lol and yes I have the money.

Er, you can get it like 30$ cheaper at newegg.
Newegg and tigerdirect are the places to buy PC parts. :p

Also if you wanna spend a tad more you can get a 7850.

You get 3 free games too.

(Though no idea how good that brand is.)

I recommend the GTX 650ti BOOST. Its $170.

The GTX 660 is on sale atm, and with a rebate can be got for around $170 too. Look at amazon

If you have more to spend, you can look into my beauty, MSI GTX 660TI OC Power Edition

It's $309 so it's $200 off your budget, it's a really, really, good card.

A 650 wouldn't be good for that price, and the 2GB of VRam it offers wouldn't be beneficial because it boosts the costs over by quite a bit, and the 650 itself isn't that good.

"No" to MSI, not to the card. I was sure to only quote the word "MSI".
