Not in your spam folder, things like "You're going to court if you don't pay this fee!"
Or
"You've been Hacked! We can help"
And my favorite (i kid you not, this was in my email)
"Horse sex in your area!"
Here's a "you're going to court" email from "facebook"

If you get something like this, don't get fooled, if you were really going to court, they would send you a physical letter and NOT an email.

What are yours?

Odd as I haven't touched RS in over a year... and I'm in Canada. Yes I know it's fake.

Thing is, my facebook account isn't linked to the address the email was in.

That isn't a court summons.

That is just an advertisement from a law firm saying you can get in on the class action lawsuit that they are attempting to put through.

It's like all those commercials you see on TV saying "Have you taken "xxxx" drug in the past 5 years? Studies have found it has been linked to (insert horrible side effect) and has been removed from sale in (insert number of countries). Call now too see what settlements you can get out of this. (I think one of them is like 1800-BADDRUG).

I don't like when they advertise a class action lawsuit as at that point it just turns into mostly just a scheme to make money. If they can get enough people to send them 10-$20 they can make a pretty serious amount of money, even if they don't succeed in the class action lawsuit.

For the most part if you are going to be involved in a legitimate class action lawsuit they shouldn't need to have advertised to tell you of it.
