I don't know what the hell happened, but you are breaking procedure when you ban him. You have given no reason, and all of you bans are for "a". This is bullshit dude.

If you made the fucking rules in the appeal section don't violate them. Krasher made an appeal and you just moved it into approved and ignored it. Its all in the moderation logs.
