Can the key be only used on the NA server and etc.?

I'm putting the key in the "add game key" or whatever it is in the account section on battle.net. Gives me an error. Am I putting it in the wrong place?

You're right. I got the problem fixed now. Thanks for telling me. Battle.net didn't even give any advice for that.
