Are the servers back?

Around september time my pacsteam wouldnt let me play,and when it did the new garrys mod version was released so servers wasnt compatible with the version.Is it playable again? I need to know because i havent got steam or Garrys mod installed.I dont want to download it for nothing.

Only TTT,Stronghold and Wirebuild are online ATM and also,they are Steam Only now so you have to buy GMod.

damn well i guess ill have to wait like 6 months to buy GMOD due to my parents credit card worrys.Thanks for letting me know.
