Fuzsion's re-whitelist appeal (Attempt #2)

4. Description of the event(s)
I broke a few glass blocks to kill someone, so it was minor grief, Deacon asked why I did it and I was honest, I told him so I could kil someone and get a few laughs out of it, I have been told by Deacon I am not allowed on the servers for 1 day, I said ok I'll wait it out, Next day I go on TS3 and Minecraft, says I'm not whitelisted, I was asking what was up and I was de-whitelisted, I go on the MC post and I saw I was de-whitelisted for quote on quote "removed from whitelist for killing someone just to kill another player." this is not accurate at all, unless you are talking about Juan and Loke I will be interested for any other proof with this...
I apologize to Deacon or any other admin if I didn't listen well or what, I just want this out of the way again.

5. Reason for appeal
Mainly because I was not told it was permanently, I've been told it was for a day not permanently.

This whole thing is stupid, he breaks a few glass panes and kills someone and gets a ban, a 1 day ban is understandable but to change it to a permanent one is just stupid.
I enjoy playing minecraft with fuzsion a lot and my thought is that a permanent ban is just too rough for this kind of thing.
His one day ban should have been more than enough.
He should be given a second chance, he has been on rNd for a while.

The main reason topped off your general asshol-ery to other members including myself and causing problems with other members, which I ( and the many other members currently playing on the server ) do not appreciate and generally do not want to play any game with really.

Now that the admins can easily find out who griefed or stole from chests, it's much easier to control griefing and I do believe that if Fusion would get whitelisted again he would be more cautious and most likely wouldn't cause trouble, or if he would then he would get de-whitelisted again.
   My opinion is that he should get another chance, after all some time has passed and he clearly shows that he wants to play again.

His ban is for more than just breaking a glass block which he fails to mention the reason I denied the previous appeal - thanks to deacon for quoting it.

Yeah sure, but I heard a few people say that he would break something, they would ask why, and he would just say "oh i'm sorry".

I don't like his attitude and he needs to seriously wait and sit on how he treats other people in the game, in teamspeak, and everything else.
