Though you can't deny that it's not the YouTubers and their drones bringing the new guys in. I've seen many guys get their "Map Loader" and starter achievements lately.

You guys know I love to bitch, especially about youtube guys.

But I gotta agree with Sabb  and Xrain.(even if they aren't on TTT much) RDMing doesn't seem too bad/unusual right now.

Hutch/the other popular fags stopped making videos.

The problem with the event is that we never really had a full lobby... or even half a full lobby.

It's pretty dull not having at least 2 Ts.

I would have flipped my shizz if they had broken all the rules and trolled public servers. They actualy took it seriously!

The funny part is that I saw them editing the TTT footage in a previous video and completely forgot to warn everybody. When it was posted I freaked out to a degree.


I noticed the effects of the people who came because of youtube a mere day after the videos were posted. Suddenly people were getting the Map loader achievement everywhere, I recall counting into the 30s. The other sign was that the servers I frequent were commonly maxed out with people I've never seen before, not to even mention the amount of RDM...

I warned the forum. More retardedness happened when the actual videos came out.

Plain old fashioned inconsistent RDMing isn't against the rules, hell, that's what the karma system is for. It's a game, and taking a chance once in a while is part of the suspense. Unless it's part of a rivalry (though that would be under revenge rdm I suppose) or consistently happening every round, I don't see any issue.

We should all take this into consideration. I'm always told that "X should be banned because he rdm'd me" which in reality as Zevante said that's what the karma system is for.
