I've actually been busy between Gmod and other stuff. Minecraft can get very time consuming especially with bigger projects. It's like that one law, where it states work invariably expands to fill a given time. Or something or another.

the server used to have 10 or more people, now its only 2-3 people in the server

That doesn't mean it's dead, it just means the people who play Minecraft when they get and itch have moved on for now, and the people who love playing Minecraft all the time still play. Even I log in every once in a while, but I just can't play all the time.
