Sup, so as you may know my PC of 8 years is dying to I am going to buy a new one :D.

Here is what I have. Note that I only have 400 bucks to spend.

Motherboard:
ASRock N68C-GS FX mATX AM2/AM2+/AM3/AM3+ GF7025 DDR3/DDR2 1PCI-E16 1PCI-E1 2PCI SATA2 Motherboard  - Edited - $56.99  CAD
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=71223&vpn=N68C-GS%20FX&manufacture=ASRock&promoid=1209

Processor:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core Processor AM3 3.4GHZ 8MB Cache 125W 45NM Retail Box - Edited - $89.99 CAD
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=46281&vpn=HDZ965FBGMBOX&manufacture=AMD&promoid=1209

Power Supply:
Thermaltake TR2 500W Power Supply Cable Management ATX12V V2.3 24PIN With 120MM Fan - $29.99  CAD
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=66855&vpn=TR%2D500&manufacture=Thermaltake&promoid=1209

RAM:
Kingston HyperX KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 XMP Dual Channel Memory Kit - $37.99 CAD
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=57869&vpn=KHX1600C9D3K2%2F8GX&manufacture=Kingston&promoid=1209

Hard Drive:
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM 64MB SATA 6Gbps 3.5in Internal Hard Drive - OEM - $74.99 CAD
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=65701&vpn=ST1000DM003&manufacture=Seagate&promoid=1209

Case:
Antec One Mid-Tower Gaming ATX Case Black 3X5.25 5X3.5 2X2.5 Front USB3.0 Top Rear 120MM Fans NoPSU - $49.99
http://ncix.com/products/?sku=67322&vpn=ONE&manufacture=Antec&promoid=1209

And it all comes down to $302.00 CAD or $299.95 CAD on NCIX because I was the little bitch who rounded numbers :3

Any suggestions would have to be from NCIX by the way. Not from Newegg because shipping.

I'm not sure it's a great idea to go with the specs you listed, you wouldn't have anything left over for a GPU. You could go with one of AMD's new APUs and crossfire it with a budget card when it isn't good enough on it's own. Otherwise, save until you have $550+ and build a system like the one you posted with a good midrange GPU.

Don't need one as I already have one.

You have a couple other problems namely, that motherboard is completely uncompilable with the processor you have picked.
Tell us what the video card you are going to use is.

Lastly have you considered ordering from Amazon, I'm fairly certain their shipping prices are pretty reasonable and they have everything newegg has.

So NCIX has free shipping? I wish I knew that earlier ._.

Here's my take on a build

A bit over budget, you could switch things out if you like.  :-\

Yeah, when I got into reading it I noticed that. Made me sad because I wouldn't get as many features.
But I have a ASUS EAH6850 in this hunk of steel right now.

If you save up another $50 you could go intel, which is *far* more futureproof. A 965 even with a decent OC still bottlenecks a 670, and the 670 will probably obselete by 2014, meaning your CPU would bottleneck you heavily down the road. Saving up another $50 or so will keep your build steady a lot longer.

I know, but there will be a day where the 6850 won't cut it anymore, and if you're upgrading you'll probably want something mid-high range to make it worth your money. If you decided to make that upgrade a year or more from now it would be bottlenecked by that CPU.

Well then give me a 100 dollar or less processor. I had just learned that I can only spend 300 dollars.
