BIOS Updater WITHOUT risk of paperweight?

Ok, so I figured out the problem with some of my games causing a blue screen and crash on my PC.

I need to update my BIOS. I however have no idea how to do so. I looked it up and saw "Be sure not to interrupt it or it's hello paperweight!".

My motherboard down to it's wires:

Manufacturer: ASUSTek Computer Inc.

Model: M5A88-M

Chipset: AMD 880G

Southbridge: AMD SB850

LPCIO: IT9721

BIOS

Brand: American Megatrends Inc.

Version: 0801

Date: 11/18/2011

Graphics Interface

Version: PCI-Express

Link width: X16
Max Supported is X16

Is there like a program that updates it for me? I would REALLY like that... A simple executable that installs them for me... I don't want to risk my motherboard going KABLOOM!

There are boards that are able to flash bios within windows, but this board does not seem like it supports it.

Asus does have its EZFlash on all its boards.
Found in the bios.

http://ca.asus.com/en/Motherboards/AMD_AM3Plus/M5A88M/#download
You can get the latest bios version from there.
Once in EZFlash you are able to flash the file via USB drive.

Post more if you need further help.
(Reg) Nezz45: peetah are you good with the weight tool?

Very sorry for the late response and bump.

But, is the BUpdater usable? I saw it in the BIOS utilities.
