Okay guys i have too many videos of my recordings when i played on rnd like last year (GEWD TIEMS!!!!) and i dont have any more space to record
for a lets play (Technic) should i delete them? or dont delete them

Upload them all onto youtube on a private account or whatever, then delete them. (you can just download them again whenever you want with keepvid.com)

It's not decompressing you twits. The raw fraps files are uncompressed AVI's. You'd use Vegas or some other video editor to re-render a entirely new video file with a lower bitrate and in a different container.
