This is getting out of hand real quick

Okay, until this day I didn't believed that youtube could actually attract so much stupid new players who can't even spend 2 minutes to read the game manual, perhaps it's just a coincidence, but I find it to be rather unlikely. But that's not the thing I'm making this.
   Basically I want to suggest adding an in-game command that would redirect the player to the Official TTT rule list because the people not only don't know how to read the manual, but they have almost no clue about the rules either, even some of the regular players(no not the rank) don't know them too. It would definitely lower the unnecessary trouble and votekicks/bans.

I don't know, when I was on the whole time there usually was about 2 rule violations every round ranging from randomly shooting people to first blood rdms.

I hated when I had to press accept every time I wanted to play. And people will still of course make excuses.

I keep getting pissed when a new player joins and the first thing he's asked when he breaks the slightest rule, or does something derpy is if he found out of ttt through youtube.

also, i think we shouldn't kick/ban for the first offence, since there is some people who doesn't really know how to play and should be given a chance.

Guys, if you don't have anything to contribute to the thread, don't start a flame war here.

As with Prox's suggestion, I agree with it. I was with him when we had to kick several players. Things get really hard to moderate/follow when the servers are full and everyone's complaining.
