The kick/ban for when it is happening at least causes a better environment so players aren't annoyed and it doesn't ruin their fun.
Yes, but we cannot have enough people to be there at every second. And do you ask for help when you need it? Message one of us, or an admin?

I didn't say reporting is useless. I am just saying, it just doesn't address the problem that is occurring at that present time, only for the future.
Which is still better than ignoring it altogether. Which, I may add, shows that we are lax on rules and people think they can get away with more. And they are right, because there are less reports out now that there are worse players.
While I guess it is better then nothing it doesn't solve the problem when it needs solving. But hey, I'll start reporting more I guess. I just hope you guys are ready to come on a lot 
What should we do if someone is RDMing after we report them? Just deal with it?
I would say gather your evidence and call a VIP/Admin at the same time. If no one answers you, then yes. That is your only option.

It's more of a problem nowadays a well, because the karma system sadly isn't as harsh ever since the update, so when people RDM it doesn't hurt their karma to much unless it's massive RDM.

You gotta admit that it isn't the brand new players who fuck up the game... it is the percentage of trolls and smartasses that come with the new players.
Also, i do believe the rank system takes that much time for people to get VIP because it takes a lot of time to see not only if a player is active or not, but also his way of reasoning and reacting against any problem that can pop up.

I will agree that some do that. However I think it mostly comes from the new guys and new guys who are trying to troll.

Regarding VIP I gotta say it kinda sucks how hard it is to get. I tried to get it a month or so ago when everything was awful and literally no VIPs were every on, but I had very few vouches, because no VIPs knew me, but I don't see how that it was my fault when they never came on.
I personally think regulars should get some say in the matter of people becoming VIPs.
