anyways, what i do is: First week you can fap 3 times in the week, the next week just 2, then 3 again and like that.

I don't fap anymore... if I can remember the last time I did. Someone managed to turn off my sex drive (for sure this time), and I thank them for that.
 
There are only 3 scenarios that will ever involve me coming out of the 'cold turkey' thing, and fapping just isn't possible anymore.
