Three eggs
Three cheese sticks
Vegetable oil
Butter (whipped or otherwise)
Garlic Salt
1) Get your shit together.
2) Cut your cheesesticks into bits about a centimeter or so thick (the smaller, the better)
3) Put your three eggs (or three eggs worth of egg batter) onto your oiled frying pan that's been on medium heat for a couple of minutes
4) Immediately put a spoon-sized glob of butter and mix
5) Once it starts taking shape (probably once you've eliminated any traces of the butter that isn't a colored streak), add the cheese stick pieces and mix. Mix hard.
6) Hold the pan above the heat and stir the cheese. Once it's melted and the egg looks solid, it's done.
7) Add like a gram over garlic salt. Half once, mix hard, and add the other half. And then mix hard again.
You will now get a delicious, goopy, egg/cheese paste that will keep you full for a good amount of hours.
