Why I should be VIP:
1. I personally think that I am responsable, and able to hold the title of VIP and make choices that seem fitting to each situation.
2. I know that I would not abuse the powers that come along with VIP.
3. I feel like others can trust me with this position
4. I will help keep the servers free of RDMing, TKing, ghosting and variouse other rule breaking activities.

Why I want to be VIP:
I feel as if we need vips to assist the server and help keep them clean of minges, just adding me will help on a small part but I do beleive we could use more.

Contributions to RND:
I used to make minecraft skins but eventually gave up. I've helped get some newbies started off in TTT (teaching basic rules and mechanics)

Situations:

Someone is using a name changer
If someone was using some type of name changer to evaid some type of ban, I would open up the voteban menu and look for the two ids from the people with the same name, then I would refreash and look for the same IDs, if one of them changed I would start to vote ban that one.
Using any type of hacks.
I would attempt to join spectator (if there is one for the serverif not keep a REALLY close eye on them) and type Status to get steam ID
I would then try to gather proof or some type of action that proves they are using said hacks ( such as snapping to a player, spinning around instantly and getting a head shot, getting a multi kill headshot. ) and report this to an administrator immediately with the evidence to see if any action (in their point of view) is needed.

Majority asking for player to be banned/kicked for their voice.
I would simply press my B bind which says "If you do not like the way a person or player sounds, please just press ESC>Player list > (enter player name here) and click mute."

Someone being racist, sexist, or anything else of those catagories.
I would begin off by telling them disrespectfull acts and slurrs ( racism, sexism, etc)  is not allowed on the server and warn them about the consiquence. If they cotinue to do so I would give them a final warning. If continued I would start a votekick. If they come back and begins to insult everyone and being rude I would tell them if you keep this up you will be votebanned, if needed I would voteban them.

Personally, I'd think he'd be a good VIP. I feel he's mature enough to make rational decisions when it comes to kicks/bans and will do his best to enforce the rules.

So a +1 from me.

I don't believe Lavenchie is ready for the responsibility and privileges being VIP can bring, many a time I've seen him act immature and just downright silly when it's not called for or appropriate. Not to mention, I don't think his personality is that which commands attention and respect; an almost essential attribute in the position of VIP from my experiences. This is not to say I don't enjoy Lavenchies company or think he's a bad guy or what have you, I simply don't think he's fit for the role of VIP, yet.

I agree with this. Lavenchie is not a terrible person and he can be funny, but I really just can not see him as a VIP. I feel like he can be immature, and that it is just not the time for him to take up this rank. Maybe in the future, but as of now I just don't see him handeling the responsibility properly, he can act very childish at times, and that can be a huge disadvantage when handeling situations.

I'm not sure how to explain it. I just don't think he offers that much of a benefit as VIP.

Hmm this is a hard one.. while there maybe people in support of him as a rule follower and someone easy to get along with... others say that even with that as the case he isn't ready for the responsibility of VIP.

I am not going to make a decision one way or another just yet.

I request everyone in favor of Lavenchie as VIP to explain why they believe he is ready for VIP, beyond his ability to follow the rules etc.

I guess Lavenchie may dick around some times, that's true.
But he does have a capability of being serious/attentive. And he does get along with people most of the time...

He's generally one of the people that point out a sore thumb when I honestly hadn't seen it before/too busy looking at everyone else/playing TTT.
And given the privileges of VIP that can easily be taken away, I doubt (for the most part) that he'd ever go out of his way to do something really silly.

I thought about changing my +1 to a 0, but I won't say that I have completely thrown the idea of Lavenchie being a VIP out the window. Though I guess ursus' reply does sum up a minor concern, I do feel like it's been a while, and it's more than probable he could at least not abuse the power/fix 1 or 2 issues/be the odd VIP when no one's around, if anything.

When at first i said dont worry i will when i have time, yet you still kept messaging.

  For now. Maybe next time when you re-apply (IF you dont get approved) if i see improvement.
