I know that character, you use alt and some numpad buttons and shit to access it (on a uk keyboard atleast :P), I'm pretty sure this guy didn't know what he was doing wrong so I think this should be lifted

Just my 2 cents... It's been a month, he isn't really a bad person, He knows now not to do it.
I'd say he's served his due punishment for trying to use invisible characters for 1st offense.

That's not the problem, it's that he was auto-banned by the server. Coolz would have to unban him himself. We can't do anything, really.
