Why I should be a VIP:
1.   To control crappy situations while VIPs/Admins are away from servers like Trouble in Terrorist Town, Zombie Survival, Stronehold, etc.

Why do you want to become a VIP:
To handle situations most likely in TTT where RDMs, Ghosters, Glitchers appear, and sometimes in Stronghold where wallhackers, aimbotters and glitchers may appear. Although sometimes I might do wrongs, I shall punish myself according to the server’s rules.

Voteban/Votekick Situations:

Trouble in Terrorist Town

Random Deathmatch
1.   For the first time, the player is warned.
2.   If the act is repeated, votekick/voteban is given depending on the situation.
3.   Submitted a report to the forum depending on the situation.

Mass RDM
1.   For accidental cases, a warning is given for the first time. (might happen if he/she was targeting a Traitor Terrorist).
2.   If it’s done by purpose, voteban for 30 minutes is given out.
3.   If the same player is repeating the mistake/act, 1 hr of voteban is given out and report is submitted.

Glitching
1.   For accidental cases, telling the player to suicide.
2.   If it’s done by purpose, votekick for 5 minutes.
3.   Voteban or submitting a report is needed if necessary.

Disrespectful towards players
1.   Warning is given out for the first time.
2.   If he continues the act, votekick for 5 mins.
3.   If he returns and continues the act, voteban and submit a report if necessary.

Hacking
1.   Immediate voteban and report is submitted, not a word to hackers cause they’re fgts.

Note: All these are also applied in any of the server.

Contributions to rNd:

I can’t contribute anything since, I don’t know how to make a map, how to host a server, maybe a crappy guide with crappy language, etc. I can contribute steam coupons (if I have any during Steam Winter Vacation or acquired in some way), reports, and anything I could think of.

I don't think he is ready for VIP, I think he can be very impulsive about things, and act very immature. Also the guy who used to say "Oh rNd sucks, and is going down hill and shit", comes back later asking for VIP? Not the type of attitude I'd want in a VIP member.
