I've been playing on rNd for a long time and i get along with people really easy, im a nice guy, even if someone gets me mad i keep my cool unlike some people that play on Garry's mod, So to get to the point i would like to be promoted to regular, a couple people told me i should but i told them I'll see what happens

You put absolutely no effort into this. I don't care so much that you didn't follow the format, but make sure it shows you put some time and effort into your work if you're going to do it that way.
