But thats why you make your profile private and/or make sure people can't tag you in photos without your permission.

Yes, but thats why i said you make it private and set it to it needs approval by you for tags to work. but since your profile will be private no one can view it... However if someone does upload a random picture without tagging you and you still want it gone ask them to do it and if they don't just report the picture.. but if people are being assholes like that to begin with they shouldn't even be on your friends list in the first place...
