Idk if I was dreaming or not, has this happened to u? Can anyone explain O_O

I've had a fucked up sleeping schedule for awhile now, I usually sleep at 3am or 4am and wake up at 8am to go jog before work at 9..
Well idk what time it was but I'm guessing it was around 530 or something.

I got up from my bed and FOR SOME REASON I went to the kitchen and to the fridge.. I felt like I was dragging my feet. I tried to open the fridge (for some reason) and I went for the handle - I couldn't grab it?? My hand kept  missing the fucking handle for some reason? .. It was dark too but I can see at least my hand and the fridge handle. So I guess I just realized that I'm wayy too fucking tired to be up and I should just go to bed because not even a simple task can be performed because of how tired I am. That's what I thought.

Well, I came back to my room and I literally almost shat myself at what I found on my fucking bed.
It was me, sleeping under the covers. What the fuck? At this point I was literally freaking out and for some reason I ran out the front door. I didn't even open it. I just went through it?

I spent a good 30 minutes walking around my neighborhood. Everything was so vivid too. Then I see a fucking garbage truck pulling in the neighborhood and I freaked out because it was really bright.. I ran back to my front porch as I watch the stupid truck drive by. Then next thing I know I was getting pulled in like a vacuum back to my house..

Then I woke up..

this sounds like it. Also is it weird that minutes after I woke up I was recollecting myself. Proudly jerked and woke up too and told me he had a nightmare that some lady was chasing him with an axe and actually killed him with one blow to the head causing him to wake.

Actually something like this happened to me before but I didn't leave my room I just stood there and was watching me sleep.  Then i got scared(I was about 9-10) then I sat in a fetal position in the corner. I woke up in that corner and my bed looked like it was slept in recently.

I think I've had something really similar happen. It's really weird and kind of scary to be honest. But after it happens you're like "shit did that really just happen or..." I've also hear stories from my family members of that happening to them. I think theweirdest part is trying to touch or hold things and missing them, it would frustrate the hell out of me. LOL

I had the same exact thing happen to me before except when I tried to go down my stairs I didn't even go down them I just floated at the same height as my second floor, but what really scared me was that when I tried to go downwards I would always go back to my bed and fall down onto the floor, But the thing was I felt it and everything but I still floated and it kept repeating, but when I woke up in the morning I woke up with two sprained ankles next to the bushes covered in cuts.
