Addons include both expansion packs (anyone remember those?), DLC, and mods.

Addons are anything that add extra content to the game, free or not.

DLC is an addon that you pay for and add it to your game through the internet.

Back in the old days, we didn't even need expansion packs because game developers actually released the full game, not just half of it.

It's funny because the elder scrolls wiki is horribly managed.

You have no idea how many empty stubs there are.
