As for doritos It's quite likely but the video isn't that clear.
1st was he T in the first scene as a radar would have said where tez was and then It's approximations to get a clean kill like that
2nd the kill on zevante shows he's staying on headlevel and kinda looks like zevante inched into the crosshairs.
3rd over all there seems to be around a 70% chance that he's guilty. Mostly from claims not shown in the video.

Like some maps, he purposely shoot the body/leg and etc.
Also, I played with him some maps, whenever I bought a knife/flare gun, he seemed to know and killed me on-sight, lying I pulled out those weapons infront of him, same thing even happened at This Cactus.
Furthermore, not only these two fgts using sethhack, sometimes there's also some players randomly killed Traitors and lie about pulling T weapons at them, I personally PM'ed those victims, they were being killed right after buying any sort of T weapons.
