Let's play a game.

Here's how you play.

First, you post something that's rustled your jimmies lately.

Like "I think Jman has abused too much in the past and doesn't take enough responsibility from it."

(that is not my actual opinion)

Then, you state one example of why your opinion should be considered right and one reason why someone could overlook it.

Like, "However, Jman has improved lately and we have yet to see if his improvement keeps up."

Here are the rules:

1. You are not permitted to make arguments with no actual observable facts to support it, unless you state that it it based purely on opinion and/or past personal experience.
2. If an argument/statement breaks the first rule, you are not to acknowledge it in any way.
3. However, you are also required to acknowledge a statement if it both a. Does not break the first rule, and b. Precedes your post.
4. To the best of your ability, refrain from committing any blatant logical fallacies. Use the following picture for reference:

I'm not going to act like I'm the good guy coming to save the day, but this is worth a try.

I think that the anonyboard posts should be given a non-revealing ID number for each thread.
Meaning each person gets a unique number in a thread, not one for the entire board.
This could help cut down on same-fagging.

I think that the anonyboard posts should be given a non-revealing ID number for each thread.
Meaning each person gets a unique number in a thread, not one for the entire board.
This could help cut down on same-fagging.
I just didn't post anything serious because the thread seems kind of stupid to me. And partly just because it slightly doesn't make sense, again to me. The reason I would say this is stupid is because it's more than likely only going to A) not have many, if any, active/serious participants as currently is happening. B) If the thread were to get a decent amount of activity, then it would probably simply turn into a flamewar type of deal.

Such as from this, I can easily see people arguing the fact that this shouldn't be made, as anonyboards needs to be anonymous, otherwise active users will not post or at least not seriously with the fear that everyone would easily figure out who is posting, and then their view on that person could change. Then cogs or someone else would most likely argue back with stating that the ID is only active in each individual thread, and so people wouldn't immediately know who's posting. Then that will probably eventually be argued over and over again, with someone eventually mentioning (in a legitimate post) that people shouldn't be talking behind people's backs but to rather say it directly to the person. From there attacks on each other's character would most likely be made, etc. Just one example that I could see easily happening (as it often has) from the only legitimate post in this thread so far.
The irony is that this is now the second legitimate post.

Also, for the thread not making much sense to me and most likely others, is probably because you're literally making a fallacy directly mentioned in your picture in your own post.
You're asking us to state an argument or opinion about a user...
First, you post something that's rustled your jimmies lately.

Like "I think Jman has abused too much in the past and doesn't take enough responsibility from it."

(that is not my actual opinion)
But then you say to make a point AGAINST your opinion as well. Essentially contradicting yourself...
Then, you state one example of why your opinion should be considered right and one reason why someone could overlook it.

Like, "However, Jman has improved lately and we have yet to see if his improvement keeps up."
And then in the rules you say no using fallacies...
4. To the best of your ability, refrain from committing any blatant logical fallacies. Use the following picture for reference:

When really, a part of the game that you've included is to make an inconsistent argument, which is a fallacy in your own picture.
So out of that confusion, I won't do step two of the game, as the rules of the game say to have no logical fallacies in your arguments.
